My Name is Andre John-Salakov I am the Founder of the NEWPLC [Civil Society Organisation]. The Organisation is an amalgamation of five bodies; namely, Centre for Community Studies, Public Law Centre, Public Defender Service, Lawyers Without Frontiers. and World Peace Law Organisation

One of the primary founding aims of the Organisation is to carry out the activities of the Organisatkion in every Member State of the United Nations. However, I have problems with this.

Today, the NEWPLC has a presence in many countries in different parts of the world however, I do not have the means or resources to achieve what was in my contemplation 27 years ago.

For example, I have never been fortunate to receive any funding from any government, government-sponsored institution, Quango or Corporation. Consequently, I am assisted by a large number of people from different countries and they serve the Organisation for no reward whatsoever.
