Versities,Quangos & NGOs debt of gratitude unpaid

‘Versities,Quangos & NGOs debt of gratitude unpaid
One has lost count of the number of times that the story of the Public Law Centre has been written or spoken about but whatever has been said or written about PLC, one salient fact is not in dispute.

Universities, NGOs & Quangos in Europe, South East Asia, Asia Pacific, Latin America, South America or North America, Middle East, Africa or anywhere else in the world that make use of the title “Public Law Centre”, owes me a debt of gratitude.

I introduced the title “Public Law Centre” into the English legal profession, for the first time in 1983 and again in 1995. Of course, many Universities and NGOs would say that they had every right to use the title, but what they would not be able to produce is conclusive evidence of origin of the concern.

Those Universities and NGOs above mentioned owe me a debt of gratitude. The debt remains unpaid to this day.
